Traditionally, Santa Claus gives presents to good children on Christmas Day by leaving them under the tree the night before. When children speak or write a letter to Santa they say
How they have been good this year (eg helped with the housework, practiced music every day, been kind to their classmates etc...)
What gift they would like if they could have anything in the world
If your family doesn't follow this tradition, your child can still tell Santa how they've been good and tell him what toy or gift they would really like that they don't yet own.
Other questions you can ask Santa include who makes all the toys? How is Mrs Claus? Are the reindeer well this year (did any catch COVID19)?
If you have any more ideas, suggestions or questions, please reply!
